Jim Fisher is a Professor of Environmental Science at University of Portsmouth. He is a specialist in radioactive pollution and led four multi-national projects on the environmental consequences of the Chernobyl accident, and he has advised Fukushima Prefecture on the consequences of the 2011 accident.
