Coast Guard White Paper Addresses Facility Security

Tuesday, January 11, 2011

Net effect of Coast Guard approved Facility Plans on foreign commercial vessel operations discussed and analyzed

The coast guard subsequently discovered that many security plans in Sector New York specifically deny mariner access as well as [preventing bunkering and other routine operations.
