Americas Marine Highways

Goal for new website is to provide a portal that is full of up-to-date news, information and resources regarding Short Sea Shipping or as MarAd terms it, “America’s Marine Highways.”

The site’s administrator hopes that this WEB site will evolve into a significantly useful resource not just for maritime interests, but also for the trucking and logistics industries as well as other stakeholders where it applies. All of the material on this website has been assimilated in a fashion that will provide another voice for shortsea shipping (SSS) and AMH, and perhaps bring all of the parties who have a stake together in a communicative and unified way for an ongoing and orderly debate.
