Core Group Places Peter Lorusso as Head of Alcoa's Maritime Operations

Core Group Resources announces that we have placed Peter W. Lorusso with Alcoa as Director - Global Maritime Operations. Alcoa’s maritime portfolio encompasses over 27 million tonnes of cargo per annum and spans both dry and wet shipping segments.

Peter brings 15 years international shipping experience acquired in various roles both domestically and abroad. He was most recently with Stena Bulk as Chartering Manager for the Stena Sonangol Suezmax Pool in Houston, Texas.

The move to Alcoa puts Peter in a great position to help Aloca’s growing marine landscape; developing strategy, leading the digital integration of shipping and expanding the footprint of Alcoa’s international shipping business.
