TM Master for Subsea 7

Tero Marine is proud to announce Subsea 7, the result of the combination of Acergy and Subsea 7, has chosen to standardise their Fleet Management System by implementing TM Master V2 for their fleet of vessels and equipment.

Legacy Subsea 7 has been running TM Master since 2001, and received an upgrade to the newest version of TM Master V2 in 2008. They have always had a comprehensive solution of TM Master, including modules for fleet management, planned maintenance, certificates and trend analysis. – Throughout the last decade we have been impressed with how well implemented and administered TM Master is within the Subsea 7 organisation. It is admirable to see how well they organise the follow-up of maintenance routines and manage to utilise the full potential of their TM Master solutions, says Product Manager Darren White.

Subsea 7 are currently running TM Master V2 from their offices in Norway, UK, Brazil, Singapore, France and on board their fleet of highly specialised vessels located worldwide.  The company is a global leader in seabed-to-surface engineering providing services to the offshore energy industry worldwide. They operate their versatile fleet of vessels in challenging environments, which increases their demand for reliable fleet management software. Ellef Torskeberg, Senior Technical Support Specialist at Subsea 7, underlines the most important advantages with TM Master: - The program is easy and intuitive to use, while at the same time function at an advanced level. Furthermore, the administration of the program is easy. You do not have to be a “computer specialist” to setup replication etc.

The conversion process started in November 2011, and the first vessel was Seven Eagle (ex. Acergy Eagle). – We have been working closely together with the Subsea 7 during the conversion process, sharing knowledge and building common expertise. The conversion process has therefore been a smooth process, continues White.  According to the plan, all the former Acergy vessels will be converted to TM Master V2 during 2013. - We are excited to follow the development of this new combined company and look forward to continuing our good co-operation with Subsea 7, says Marketing Manager Inghild Arnesen.
