Articles SDS and TMPS Join Forces

Scandic Diesel Services (SDS) and Trans Marine Propulsion Systems (TMPS) join forces in coast to coast services.
In order to provide better service and coverage to our clients SDS and TMPS have joined forces within our product lines securing personal point of entry cross America with offices in Seattle in the west, Tampa in the south (Transmarine Tampa), and Scandic Diesel Services in Montreal on the east coast.
The cooperation stated in January 2010 with the common product line from Lehmann & Michels (LEMAG) where TMPS were the representative on the US west coast and SDS in Canada. We found that we were able to create added value towards our clients based on our different product lines and expertise. SDS is strong within turbocharger and fuel equipment solutions, where TMPS have more than 30 years of expertise within servicing of engines, condition based monitoring, highly specialised engineering ( within vibration, failure and diesel engine analysis & propulsion system integration). Together we can today present independent solutions within our above product lines reducing maintenance costs, incorporating environmental proactive recycling of major components, implementation of response plans for critical engine components in accordance with the specific ship owners requirement.
