Foss Rainier Shipyard Opens its Doors During Construction for Sneak Peak of Ground-Breaking Vessel Who: Foss Maritime Company invites interested members of the media to get a sneak peak of the world’s first Hybrid Tug while it is still in construction at its Rainier, Oregon shipyard.
