Inchcape Shipping Services is to launch a Commercial Help Desk in Shanghai.
Staffed by Ms Lu Lu, the new customer focused service, commencing on 1 April, will serve as a key interface between the ISS network and the company’s existing and prospective Chinese speaking customers.

Lulu will report to Amy Chen, ISS Commercial Manager, China Field Sales.
Lulu has gained extensive experience in the shipping industry and the Mainland China market having worked at Sinotrans, Sino Shipping and Shang hai Jiuhe Ship Import & Exports. She holds a Bachelors degree from Dalian Maritime University.
“We believe the launching of the Help Desk will differentiate our service levels from those of the competition,” says Jan Bak, ISS Vice President Field Sales. “We are confident this support function will allow ISS to better serve its customers and accelerate growth from the fast developing Chinese shipping community and related industries.
