INCHCAPE SHIPPING SERVICES LAUNCHES CHINA COMMERCIAL HELP DESK

Inchcape Shipping Services is to launch a Commercial Help Desk in Shanghai. Staffed by Ms Lu Lu, the new customer focused service, commencing on 1 April, will serve as a key interface between the ISS network and the company’s existing and prospective Chinese speaking customers. Lulu will report to Amy Chen, ISS Commercial Manager, China Field Sales. Lulu has gained extensive experience in the shipping industry and the Mainland China market having worked at Sinotrans, Sino Shipping and Shang hai Jiuhe Ship Import & Exports.
