Crowley Promotes Bryan Lee to Vice President of Human Resources

(JACKSONVILLE, Fla.; March 24, 2008) Crowley Maritime Corporation announced today that Bryan Lee has been promoted to vice president of human resources In his new position, Lee is responsible for enterprise-wide human resources functions including employee relations, staffing services, HR programs and compensation and benefits for both stateside and international employees. Joining his existing direct reports in Jacksonville and Seattle are Zoraida Jirau, director, HR programs, Niel Nielsen, director, compensation and benefits and Loyda Rivera, director, international HR. Lee joined Crowley in 2000 as a human resources manager in Jacksonville and was promoted to director in 2003. Before his move to Crowley, Lee held positions of increasing responsibility within human resources in both the technology and telecommunications sectors. In his new position, Lee will remain domiciled in Jacksonville, reporting to Susan Rodgers, Sr. Vice President of Corporate Services.
