AMERICAN SALVAGE ASSOCIATION WELCOMES MEMBERS

Washington, DC – At its recent Spring meeting, the American Salvage Association (ASA) welcomed a new General Member, 10 new Associate Members, and four new Corporate Associate Members to its ranks.

The New General Member is Associated Marine Salvage, Inc., based in Miami, Florida and led by Gordon Olson, Vice President.

The new Associate Members are:

•Aaron Addison, Chesapeake Bay Diving
•David Barry, Gallagher Marine Systems
•Lawrence Bowling, Maersk Line, Limited
•John DeFillippo, Budget Boat Towing & Salvage
•Gary DeMarsh, DEMEX International
•Eva Longobardi, Northeast Diving Services, Inc.
•William Mahaffy, Offshore Medical Consultants
•Matthew Miller, The Glosten Associates
•Harold Smith, Miller’s Towing
•William Walker, Independent Consultant

The new Corporate Associate Members are:

•ABS Marine Casualty Response Center (Houston, TX)
•Dawn Services, LLC (Gretna, LA)
•Marine Response Consultants (Coinjock, NC)
•Williams Fire & Hazard Control (Mauriceville, TX)

“ASA is very pleased to welcome this broad array of new members to the association,” said John A. Witte, Jr., President of ASA. “ASA’s role in professionalizing the salvage industry is strengthened by the addition of these companies and individuals,” he continued.
