Kelvin Hughes Expands International Sales Team

Kelvin Hughes, a world leader in the design and supply of navigation and surveillance systems, is delighted to announce that it has made two new senior appointments to strengthen its international sales team.

Andrew Chia joins Kelvin Hughes as Regional Business Manager based in the company’s Singapore office. He will be responsible for the growth and development of the Kelvin Hughes Security Systems division across the Far East region. A graduate in Economics and Management from the University of London, Andrew served as an Artillery Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces for 6 years before joining a local company representing European and US defence manufacturers in Southeast and North Asia. 

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew said: “This is an excellent opportunity for me to use my extensive knowledge and understanding of the region to help drive the growth of a world class company”.   

Ralph Bell is the company’s new Regional Sales Manager in North America. Operating from the company’s Washington office, Ralph will be responsible for the Kelvin Hughes range of Naval, Coastal and Security systems. With over 20 years’ business development experience gained with Northrop Grumman, Motorola Solutions and General Dynamics, Ralph has an in-depth knowledge of detection systems for situational awareness applications.
