[Brief] On Tuesday morning, the Taira Lynn Marine towboat Ricky J. Leboeuf capsized and sank in the San Jacinto River, Texas, about half a mile south of the I-10 bridge near Houston.

One crewmember was killed in the sinking; his body was located by a Coast Guard helicopter search crew two hours later, downstream of the location of the incident. The name of the deceased has not yet been released.

Four other crewmembers went into the water as the vessel rolled over. All were safely rescued.

The river was at high flood at the time of the incident, but authorities do not yet know the cause of the capsize; investigations continue. High water has been implicated in five other deaths in the area since flooding began Monday.
